Sensei/Student Mode(Suggestion)

Just thought of a idea Plz bare with me.
Ok as we know the relationship between a student nd sensei is a strong bond,,where the teacher passes down his knowledge nd skills to his beloved student/students.
I was thinking bout having a sensei/student mode.

Req for Sensei/Mentor: Jounin Rank,Certain Lv(NOT SURE ON WAT LV)Certain amount of jutsu learned

Req for Student:Genin - Chuunin Rank,(Jounin lose there sensei among reaching jounin rank)


Benefits:Evry 1 week sensei nd student meet up for training/meeting:

Ideas for Sensei/student meeting:
Student gains:25% to chakra/stamina
Sensei gains:5-10% chakra/stamina gains

Student Gains:If there from same clan:10% ADD dmg to a certain clan based jutsu
Sensei gains:10% Element dmg added on.

hmmmm....although portrayed nicely, and i suppose it does sound good. I dont think this idea can work. Relying on third parties to instigate a meet is an unreliable way of doing such things. Sorry dude, Although it is good, I cant see how leaving such a thing to chance can work.

To put that aside I believe most players will look only to own everything they see so I don't really thing there will be much people ho will be senseis ...

I would be a sensei. I don't like the idea though because some people would get big headed just because they were a sensei.

well if that idea comes out then my student would be chipz
hes an alright guy who id love to have under my wing

I've always thought that such a system would be informal where a player just decides that they will tutor a lower player without any kind of set meetings or requirements.
