Oturan: Sprite Base?

Hey! Oturan here, asking for a little help. Our head Sprite: Guzman, has found a new template that he seems really good at spriting on. I like the cute style of it, and the fact that its easy to sprite. Only down side is the less detail.
So based on the sprites below, please vote, and comment on which sprite base should be used for Oturan Online.

~Oturan(Kaizer) Base~

This base was originally the the basic kaiser sprite template. After some additions, like a neck, and smaller head, it became the Oturan Template. Detailed, and realistic, this template will take a lot of hard work to sprite on, but the end result would be great.

~Koemushi Base~

This base was recently found by our head sprite, guzman. This template is cute, and semi-chibi making it a quick base to sprite on(cutting dev time in half). The only down side i have with it, is its lack of detail.
