These look a lot like Nin Online's buildings... nearly exact actually xD
Except that it looks like you changed the words on the buildings and pushed the roof in to make it look thinner.
Do you work for Nin Online? Be awesome if you do.

I know, I'm just saying it looks like he resized alot of the parts of nin's building. I'm not saying I'm right, just my opinion... i'm probably wrong anyway so ignore me.

When people sprite, Visual analysis and referential material is used very often to create a product. It does not mean that someone has COPIED another, however.
