Hey, today I got bored and decided to play around in 3D. So i opened up my old Blender program, and went crazy lol.

Well I refreshed my memory, and made this sword. And I used this cool cartoon shading style.

Well firstly i really like the cartoon shading but i don't really get too much of a 3D idea from it, it still looks kind of 2D. Apart from that i did notice a few bits that seemed to be crooked (Not sure if those were intentional) but other than that its some good work, congratulations.

Lol. Yea, because of the cartoon style, it will look more 2d/3d. The crooked parts and the bended blade are intentional so it has more of a blade look.

wow thats pretty awesome, but as ninjamouse said, it looks more 2d than 3d. and i absolutly love the cartoon style shading Very Happy
it makes it look uber realistic...ish

Oh i see then, i was hoping those crooked bits were intentional because otherwise they were pretty obvious, just wanted to be sure.
